Sakura Haruno Meets Her New Teammate

Naruto Uzumaki walked up to the Haruno Residence and rang the doorbell. As he had nothing else to wear except his ANBU armor, he wore it. His katana was strapped to his back. He left his mask at his apartment though. He patiently waited for Sakura's mother to open the door.

(I read somewhere that Sakura's mother was on the Konoha Council)

Sakuras mother opened the door and smiled.
"Ah, Naruto-San! How can i help you?"
She asked with forced politeness.

"Apparently, in with the Hokage's infinite knowledge, he saw fit to place me as a Genin in Team 7, your daughter's team, as they were one member short Haruno-Sama" he said emotionlessly with a bow.

"Ah, so you wish to meet your fellow team-member? Is that it?"
She asked.

"Yes Haruno-Sama" he said with a nod of his head.

She nodded and gestured for him to come in. She led him into the living room.
"I'll just get her, hold on,"
She said as she briskly walked upstairs.

He silently looked around the living room, taking in the appearance.

Mrs Haruno walked back in, with a girl at her heels. She had long, pink hair which reached halfway down her back and emerald green eyes with lily white skin. She was wearing what looked like a red garment that looked like a dress with a white ring at the bottom.
"Naruto-San, this is my daughter Sakura Haruno,"

"Hello to you Haruno-San" Naruto said with a blank, emotionless expression on his face.

She bowed.
"You must be Naruto. My mom told me about you, it'll be a pleasure working with you,"

He raised an eyebrow at her. "She told you about me? Everything?" he asked her.

"Uhm, only about your ranking. So no, i suppose not,"
She tilted her head, wondering what he was talking about.

"Alright then. Let us go Haruno-San" he said with a nod of his head as he quickly bowed Mrs. Haruno and started walking out the door.

"H-Hai!"
She nodded, closely following as Mrs Haruno waved them goodbye.

"So Haruno-San, I heard that you are interested in the Uchiha" he said.

"Please, call me Sakura,"
She said before answering his question.
"And...Yeah, i do,"

"You shouldn't. I was ordered by the Hokage to watch him. I met the Uchiha and so far, he has proven to be nothing more then a power hungry fool and power hungry fools usually wind up being liabilities" he said emotionlessly.

"He ignores me a lot anyway,"
she said, sounding slightly defeated.
"And Ino is going after him too, along with all the other girls who graduated with us,"

"I see. Don't waste your time on a liability like him" he said emotionlessly.

"Then...who should i 'waste my time' on?"
She asked.

"Someone who isn't a power hungry fool like the Uchiha. A normal person" he pointed out.

"Maybe...But what normal person would even take a second look at me?"
She sighed.

"If I was normal, maybe I would. However, I'm not normal. I'm not even human for that matter" he said emotionlessly.

She looked confused.
"Huh? Whats that supposed to mean?"

"I am not human Sakura. I am a living weapon, a tool to be used and then disposed of" he told her emotionlessly.
